The teams that
would participate in the Euro would be the following:
8 teams from League
A - the first two classified from each group.
4 team from league
B - the first classified of each group.
12 teams from Group
Phase European Qualifiers.
It seems a fair prize
for its performance that the top two in each group in League A and the
top-ranked in each group in League B would have assured their presence in Euro
without disputing the Group Phase European Qualifiers.
